Brian Kelly is a Senior currently attending Seneca Valley High School. He has played in-line hockey for the Raiders for six years and is a member of Varsity Blue. Brian is a member of National Honor Society and the National Society of High School Scholars. He is a 2008-2009 United States Achievement Academy National Leadership and Service Award Winner. He has been a mentor for younger members of the SVILHA program since 2008. He is currently mentoring Elementary Blue. He was a runner-up for the 2008-2009 Annual Keith Anger Award. He has completed his certification to serve as an in-line coach/assistant coach. In addition, Brian has served as a tutor for students needing help in math.

In 2008, Brian designed and created the website that is used today and is known as www.svilha.com. As webmaster, he maintains the site daily for the use of the members of the Association. He has introduced the concept of photography and videography which has fostered interest and involvement of players at all levels.

Brian also created a website for the residents of the street on which he lives. It serves as an informational site incorporating news, events, township information, and a focus on "family."

After graduating from Seneca Valley High School in the spring of 2010, he will attend the University of Pittsburgh majoring in Computer Science. Brian is the son of Daniel and Ginger Kelly of Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania.
